Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your Muscle Mayhem order.

Change of mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Personally signed or personalised copies are prepared specifically for the customer and cannot be returned simply because you change your mind, no longer want the item, or entered the wrong personalisation details.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, please contact us at musclemayhembook@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

We will assess the issue and, where required under the Australian Consumer Law, provide an appropriate remedy such as a replacement or refund.

If we confirm that the item is faulty, we will reimburse reasonable return postage costs where applicable.

Personalised orders

Please check the recipient name or inscription details carefully before completing your order.

If we make an error in the personalisation, please contact us and we will arrange an appropriate remedy. We cannot offer a refund or replacement where the personalisation was completed correctly using information supplied by the customer, unless otherwise required by law.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Our goods come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian law.
