Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your Muscle Mayhem order.

Change of mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Personally signed, personalised or made-to-order products are prepared specifically for the customer and cannot be returned simply because you change your mind, no longer want the item, selected the wrong size, or entered incorrect personalisation details.

This does not affect any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrectly personalised by us, or different from what you ordered, please contact us at musclemayhembook@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

We will assess the issue and, where required under the Australian Consumer Law, provide an appropriate remedy such as a repair, replacement or refund.

If we confirm that the item has a problem covered by the Australian Consumer Law, we will reimburse reasonable return postage costs where applicable. ACCC

Personalised and made-to-order products

Please carefully check all personalisation details before completing your order.

For personalised books, this includes the recipient name or inscription requested.

For personalised Muscle Mayhem jerseys, please check the selected size, name and number carefully before placing your order.

Because personalised and made-to-order products are created specifically for you, we cannot offer a refund or replacement where the product has been supplied correctly according to the information selected or entered by the customer, unless otherwise required by law.

If we make an error in the personalisation or supply an item that does not match your order, please contact us and we will arrange an appropriate remedy.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Our goods come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian law. Depending on the circumstances, remedies may include a repair, replacement, refund or compensation where required by law. ACCC
