Shipping Policy

Muscle Mayhem orders are packed and dispatched from Melbourne, Australia.

Processing times

Orders are usually signed, packed and dispatched within 1-2 business days after your order is placed.

Orders placed on weekends or Victorian public holidays will be processed from the next business day.

Personalised copies may occasionally require a little additional preparation time.

Australian shipping

We currently ship within Australia only.

Standard Shipping - $11.00
Estimated delivery: 2–6 business days after dispatch

Express Shipping - $15.00
Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days after dispatch

Free Standard Shipping is available on orders of $100 or more.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, carrier delays, peak periods, weather or other circumstances outside our control.

Order tracking

Where tracking is available, you will receive shipping information by email after your order has been dispatched.

Please make sure your email and delivery address are entered correctly when ordering.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

If you notice an error in your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible at musclemayhembook@gmail.com.

If your order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

If an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied, additional postage may be required to resend the order.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at musclemayhembook@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

International shipping

International shipping is not currently available through the Muscle Mayhem store.
