Muscle Mayhem Shipping Policy
Muscle Mayhem orders are packed and dispatched from Melbourne, Australia.
PROCESSING TIMES
Signed books
Signed-book orders are usually signed, packed and dispatched within 1-2 business days after your order is placed.
Orders placed on weekends or Victorian public holidays will be processed from the next business day.
Personalised signed copies may occasionally require a little additional preparation time.
Made-to-order personalised jerseys
Personalised jerseys are made to order specifically for each customer and may require up to 4 weeks for production before dispatch.
Estimated shipping or carrier delivery time begins after the jersey has been produced and dispatched. The 1-2 business day dispatch timeframe for signed books does not apply to personalised jerseys.
If an order contains both a signed book and a personalised jersey, the items may be sent separately and may have different delivery timeframes.
AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING
We currently ship within Australia only.
Standard Shipping - $11.00
For signed books and other standard orders, estimated delivery is generally 2-6 business days after dispatch.
Express Shipping - $15.00
For eligible orders, estimated delivery is generally 1-3 business days after dispatch.
Made-to-order personalised jerseys may show a longer estimated delivery timeframe at checkout because production is required before dispatch.
Free Standard Shipping is applied automatically to qualifying Australian orders with a merchandise subtotal of $100 or more.
The applicable shipping rate will always be shown at checkout before payment.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, carrier delays, peak periods, weather or other circumstances outside our control.
ORDER TRACKING
Where tracking is available, you will receive tracking details by email after your order has been dispatched.
Please make sure your email address and delivery address are entered correctly when ordering.
INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES
If you notice an error in your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible at musclemayhembook@gmail.com.
If your order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
If an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied, additional postage may be required to resend the order.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at musclemayhembook@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping is not currently available through the Muscle Mayhem store.
