Muscle Mayhem was written to make people laugh.

Bob’s gym disasters, awkward moments and constant attempts to figure out what everyone else seems to know are meant to feel funny, familiar and just a little too relatable.

But underneath the comedy are things that matter: confidence, resilience, connection, belonging and continuing to show up when things aren’t easy.

That’s why I’m proud to be conducting authorised fundraising in support of Gotcha4Life Foundation.

There’s a simple connection between Muscle Mayhem and what this campaign represents.

Bob walks into the gym feeling out of place. He compares himself to everyone around him. He gets things wrong. He embarrasses himself. There are plenty of moments where disappearing would be easier than coming back tomorrow.

But he keeps showing up.

Along the way, he discovers that confidence doesn’t have to mean having everything figured out.

Sometimes it means asking for help. Finding your people. Having someone in your corner. And being there for somebody else when they need you.

That idea means a lot to me personally, and it’s why I wanted Muscle Mayhem to support a cause focused on mental fitness and connection.
