Terms of Service
These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through the official Muscle Mayhem online store.
Muscle Mayhem is operated by Dimitris James Iordanidis, a sole trader based in Melbourne, Australia.
By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Products
We aim to describe and display all products as accurately as possible.
Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device or screen settings.
Personally signed or personalised copies may contain natural variations in handwriting, placement and inscription.
2. Orders
Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance of that order.
We may cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
- a product is unavailable
- payment cannot be processed
- incorrect pricing or product information has been displayed
- we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity
If payment has already been taken for an order we cannot fulfil, the applicable amount will be refunded.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
Muscle Mayhem is not currently registered for GST and does not collect GST.
Payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed.
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.
4. Personally signed and personalised copies
Where personalisation is requested, customers are responsible for providing the correct recipient name or requested inscription details.
We will make reasonable efforts to follow the information provided with the order.
Personalised products are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns. This does not affect any rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.
5. Shipping
Orders are currently available for delivery within Australia.
Shipping prices, processing times and estimated delivery timeframes are set out in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
6. Returns and refunds
Returns, replacements and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and applicable Australian law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Australian consumer guarantees apply to online purchases and cannot be removed through store terms and conditions.
7. Website content and intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the content appearing on this website, including the Muscle Mayhem name, book content, written material, graphics, photographs and other original material, is owned by or used with permission by Dimitris James Iordanidis.
Content may not be reproduced, distributed, republished or commercially exploited without permission, except where permitted by law.
8. Website availability
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
We may update, modify or remove website content, products or features from time to time.
9. Third-party services
The store may use or link to third-party services such as Shopify, payment providers, shipping providers or social media platforms.
Those services may also operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses arising solely from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in this section limits liability where doing so would breach the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law.

The version published on this website at the time of your purchase will apply to that transaction, subject to applicable law.
